- Describe the session, the setup, and how hard it would be to repeat.
- Send the guest instructions a week ahead, then again the day before.
- Run the four lists in order, and copy the file to a second location before you close anything.

Getting better results

- Get levels with a real question. Nobody speaks at their normal volume when asked to say something for the microphone.
