Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. When you buy a product we store a record of the purchase (product, amount, and the payment transaction reference).

2. Payments

Card details are collected and processed by Gumroad (Merchant of Record) — we never see or store your card number, and no payment ever touches this site. Gumroad's own privacy policy applies to the checkout, and the email address and billing country you give them are held by them, not by us.

3. How we use your data

To deliver purchased products to your account library, to provide support, to send transactional emails (receipts, password resets), and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage

Account and purchase data is stored with Supabase (managed Postgres). Purchased files are stored in private storage and served only to verified buyers through time-limited signed links.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@theaiuniversity.online. Deleting your account removes access to purchased products.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising trackers.
