⚠️ Important Legal Disclaimer
Last updated: 5 August 2026
Read this in full before purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any software, source code, prompts, course content, or related materials supplied by The AI University (the “Author”) — collectively, the “Materials”. By accessing or using the Materials you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to every part of this disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Materials.
1. Educational and informational use only
The Materials are provided strictly for educational, research, and personal informational purposes. Nothing in the Materials constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or accounting advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, offer, or inducement to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any security, derivative, commodity, currency, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.
The Materials are not:
- a registered broker-dealer, exchange, or alternative trading system;
- a registered investment adviser (RIA) or advisory service;
- a research report or research service;
- a financial planning or money-management service;
- an order-execution venue;
- a signal service or a system represented to be profitable.
Screeners, scanners, simulators, and bots are mechanical pattern-detection and automation tools. A detected pattern, confidence score, breakout flag, backtest statistic, or alert is not a buy/sell/hold signal, a rating, a target price, or a view on the merits of any instrument. Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or based on faulty or stale third-party data.
2. No adviser, broker, or analyst relationship
The Author is not a registered or licensed investment adviser, investment adviser representative, research analyst, broker, broker-dealer, or financial planner in any jurisdiction. In particular:
- The Author is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the National Futures Association (NFA), or any U.S. state securities regulator, and is not an investment adviser within the meaning of the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
- The Author is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser (IA) or Research Analyst (RA), and the Materials are not “research”, research reports, or investment-advisory services within the meaning of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 or the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
No fiduciary, advisory, or professional-client relationship is created between you and the Author. The Author does not know your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, or needs. Nothing is tailored to you or should be relied upon as personalised advice — the Materials are made available to the general public on an identical, non-individualised basis.
3. Trading risk warning
Trading and investing involve a substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every person. You can lose some or all of your capital, and in leveraged products (futures, options, CFDs, margin) you may lose more than your initial deposit. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unregulated in many jurisdictions. Technical patterns fail regularly. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely. Before making any financial decision, consult a licensed financial professional authorised to advise in your jurisdiction.
4. Past performance and simulated results
Past performance, actual or simulated, is not indicative of and does not guarantee future results. Any historical results, backtests, hypothetical results, examples, or screenshots are for demonstration only, may be hypothetical or curated, and must not be relied upon as a projection of future performance.
Hypothetical and backtested results have inherent limitations, including:
- the benefit of hindsight — the outcome is already known;
- no real-world slippage, latency, partial fills, or queue position;
- no real commissions, spreads, swap fees, funding rates, or borrow costs;
- no liquidity constraints — a real order may move the market;
- survivorship bias in the historical dataset;
- no tax consequences;
- none of the emotional pressure of real capital at risk.
A profitable simulated backtest does NOT mean a strategy will be profitable in live trading.
5. Synthetic and approximated data
Where the Materials display synthesised, approximated, delayed, or reconstructed data — because tick-level or exchange-grade data is not available through the public sources used — this is labelled in the interface or documentation. Such approximations may include order-flow ladders, depth-of-book displays, time-and-sales prints, and bid/ask volume splits derived heuristically from OHLCV data. They are useful for learning, but are not a substitute for real exchange feeds when trading real money.
6. Your sole responsibility
You are solely and exclusively responsible for all decisions, trades, and transactions you make through your own brokerage, demat, or trading account, and for any resulting profits or losses. The Author has no access to and no control over your accounts or money.
7. Third-party data, services, and trademarks
The Materials may retrieve data from third-party sources. The Author does not own, control, verify, or guarantee this data and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any exchange, data provider, broker, or platform referenced. Many free market-data sources permit personal, non-commercial use only. You are responsible for complying with all third-party terms and for obtaining any market-data licences your use requires. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
8. “As is” — no warranty
THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, title, non-infringement, and non-interruption. The Author does not warrant that indicator calculations, screening logic, or backtest statistics are free from mathematical or logical error. You bear the entire risk as to quality and performance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for trading or investment losses (real or hypothetical), loss of profits, revenue, capital, data, goodwill, or opportunity, professional fees, or any other intangible loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Materials, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the Author's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Materials. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction is to stop using them.
10. Time limit on claims
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or related to the Materials must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arose, failing which it is permanently barred.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Author and any contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Materials, your trading or investment decisions, your violation of any third-party terms or applicable law, or your breach of this disclaimer or the accompanying licence.
12. Jurisdiction and regulatory compliance
Securities, commodities, and investment-advisory laws differ by country and state. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Materials is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Materials are not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where their distribution or use would be contrary to law. If you intend to use the Materials in a commercial product that gives trading recommendations to others, or in connection with third-party funds, consult a qualified securities attorney first — the licence prohibits such use.
13. Privacy
Where the Materials run entirely on your own machine, they do not transmit personally identifiable information to any server controlled by the Author. Third-party data endpoints your machine contacts may log requests under their own privacy policies. For data collected by this website and store, see our Privacy Policy.
14. Intellectual property
All original code and content is © The AI University, all rights reserved, and is licensed to you under the LICENSE file supplied with each product and summarised in our Terms of Service. Third-party open-source libraries are governed by their own licences.
15. Not legal advice; changes
This disclaimer is provided for general information and is not legal advice. The Author may update it at any time; continued use of the Materials constitutes acceptance of the version then in force.
